All products are sold by the case (12 cans) unless stated otherwise. We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel any order affected by an error. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed securely; you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Our products are chemical cleaning agents intended for adult use.

5. Proper Use & Safety

Our products are professional-grade, and several are flammable aerosols. You agree to read and follow all label directions and the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use, to store and handle products safely, and to keep them away from heat, sparks, and open flame. See our Disclaimer.

6. Shipping & Returns

Aerosol products ship ground-only in compliance with hazardous-materials regulations. See our Shipping & Delivery and Refund & Returns policies, which are incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, product names, images, text, and design — is the property of Busta Grimes and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Busta Grimes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper application, or storage of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
